Return Policy

Every Starpery doll is uniquely crafted according to your order. Due to the custom nature of these dolls, once production begins, returns or refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply for order cancellations or modifications.

In-Stock Orders

In-stock dolls are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully confirm the model before purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Custom orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests after this period may not be possible.

Cancellation fees for orders after 24 hours are as follows:

Hybrid dolls: $1,000 USD

Full silicone dolls: $1,500 USD

Modification fee for custom orders: $100 USD

To request a cancellation or modification, please email info@starpery.com with your order number and name in the subject line.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

All dolls are carefully inspected, tested, and photographed before shipment.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect doll, do not use the product and submit photos or a short video to info@starpery.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Issues caused by user damage or after use are not eligible for returns or replacements.
