We offer free and discreet worldwide shipping. However, due to legal and shipping restrictions in some areas, we do not support shipping, Contatc us if you want to place a order from us but not sure if we can ship to you.

Usually, we use UPSx shipping to US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Greece...etc.

Also, we provide speical line by air to Australia, Japan, Korean, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, UAE...

 

How to Track Your Order

Once your doll ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Track your order as follows:

International Express - FedEx: https://www.fedex.com

International Express - UPS: https://www.ups.com

Please keep an eye on your pacakage tracking in case something goes wrong (e.g. suspended tracking, missing items, etc.) until delivery.
If you have any questions, please contact us in time.

 

Duties and Taxes

In some countries, import duties may apply upon delivery. Under normal circumstances, you need to pay 100-200 US dollars, and the import tax is the responsibility of the buyer. Along the way, we'll provide the help you need to keep you stress-free. (Note: US customers do not pay any import tax.)

 

Discreet Packaging

The doll will be packed in a normal carton. There will be no information labels and no one will know what is inside, which fully protects your privacy. (Note: Customs officers may open your doll box to check and determine import duties for customers outside the United States.)

 

Check And Receive Your Package

When the package arrives, you must inspect each item for any damage. If you see the box is damaged, please take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping company. It is recommended that you open and inspect it, even if the carton looks fine from the outside. If you find any damage, please take some pictures or video. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping company if the doll got damaged during shipping.
