1. Shipping Policy Overview
We offer worldwide shipping. All packages are securely packed in plain, unmarked boxes to ensure privacy and product safety.
Every doll is custom-made (except in-stock items), carefully inspected, and securely packaged before shipment.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
We do not ship to Islamic countries, including but not limited to:
Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, etc.

3. Production & Processing Time
All dolls (except in-stock items) are custom-made.
Production time includes:

⚠ Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.).
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with reliable freight forwarders and use trusted global carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Under our default DDP shipping terms, the delivery methods and typical timelines are:

Under DDP terms, final delivery is usually completed by FedEx / UPS / DHL, except for a few regions such as Australia and New Zealand which use special lines.

5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number.
Important Notice (For DDP Shipments)
For DDP parcels shipped from China: Tracking updates will only appear after the package arrives in the destination country and is scanned by the local carrier (UPS / FedEx / DHL).
Before that, the tracking page may show: “Label Created”, No updates…
This is completely normal.

6. Shipping Costs
Most countries/regions qualify for Free Worldwide Shipping (DDP – Tax Included).
Some remote areas may require an additional surcharge.
If applicable, we will inform you before processing your order.
7. Customs & Duties
We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for most destinations.
Under the DDP terms, all international shipping, import customs clearance, duties, and VAT are fully covered by us. You won’t need to pay any additional fees—simply wait for your package to arrive at your door.
This ensures your order is delivered in the safest, most transparent, and most hassle-free way possible.
Due to import regulations in certain regions, we are unable to offer DDP (tax-included delivery) service in those areas.

14. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q1: Why is my tracking not updating?
For DDP shipments, tracking will only update after arrival in the destination country. This is normal.
Q2: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — as long as shipping has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Q3: Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Our boxes are no any mark about sex doll, branding, or product names.
Q4: Do I need to pay any taxes when receiving the package?
No for DDP (tax-included) orders. Yes for non-DDP regions (customer pays import tax).
Note:
Please do not file a chargeback with your payment provider and do not return the package directly.
If you wish to cancel your order or request a return, please contact us first via email so we can assist you with the correct process.
