1. Custom Products and In-Stock Products

Starpery provides two types of products: custom products and in-stock products. Custom products are uniquely manufactured based on user orders and include all personalized options such as size, skin tone, facial features, and accessories. Due to the customized and exclusive nature of such products, once production has begun, they typically cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. If a user requests cancellation or modification of an order, Starpery will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to charge applicable processing fees.

In-stock products refer to pre-manufactured items available for immediate purchase. In-stock products generally do not qualify for returns or exchanges; however, if there is a quality issue or another reasonable cause, users may request after-sales support in accordance with the established procedures, including repair, replacement, or refund. All return or exchange requests must follow Starpery’s required submission process. Unauthorized returns may invalidate the after-sales request.

By using Starpery’s services, users understand and agree to the unique characteristics of custom products and the specific after-sales policies applicable to in-stock products. Users acknowledge that each order involves irreversible production and delivery processes and that Starpery reserves the right to determine different solutions based on the nature of the order within the limits permitted by law.

2. Shipping Terms

Starpery provides worldwide shipping. Except for regions where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping cannot be supported due to legal, policy, or logistical restrictions (e.g., Switzerland, Norway), all orders are shipped under DDP terms. Under DDP, all duties, VAT, and import clearance fees are borne by Starpery. Users do not need to pay any additional charges and only need to wait for the package at the delivery address. This method ensures a safe, transparent, and worry-free cross-border delivery experience.

Certain countries and regions cannot be shipped to due to legal, policy, or logistical restrictions, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, etc. Users must ensure before placing an order that their shipping address is within Starpery’s supported delivery areas. If a user provides an address outside the supported areas, Starpery reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Users acknowledge that shipping may be affected by uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, epidemics, transportation delays, customs clearance issues, or last-mile delivery anomalies. Starpery is not liable for delays or losses caused by such uncontrollable circumstances but will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

All packages are discreetly packaged without any sex-doll-related labels, brand names, or Starpery identifiers to protect user privacy. Tracking updates typically appear after the package arrives in the destination country and clears customs. For shipments from China, tracking may only show “label created” until clearance is completed.

3. After-Sales Policy
